How to Use CBD Oil

CBD oil is very versatile. How you use the oil will depend on the concern you’d like to address:

• To treat skin conditions, apply a few drops of oil directly onto clean skin
• To relieve muscle pain, rub several drops of oil into the skin
• To treat pain, anxiety, or improve sleep, it should be ingested alone or mixed within drinks of food. For the oil to be absorbed faster, hold it oil under your tongue for a minute before swallowing. Make sure to not heat up the oil, as that will make it lose its effectiveness.

Dosage

The dosage you will require depends on the condition you’re addressing, as well as your weight and health condition. Most research recommends starting with a small dose, 20-40 mg a day for the first week and then slowly increasing the dose by 5 ml every week if necessary. 

You should feel the effects of the oil 30-60 minutes after use, but you will experience the full effect of the oil only after a few weeks of steady use. Don’t use the oil more often than every 4-6 hours.
